One step away from sold out, the international EVO37 Road Show ends in Italy
Monte Carlo, St. Moritz, Sardinia, London, Pebble Beach, Hamptons, San Marino… These are some of the events in which the Italian brand wrote some chapters of his history, ending his road show in homeland
Cuneo, 15 November 2022 – It has been an intense year for Kimera Automobili, with an important consolidation of the Brand through exceptional commercial feedback, important awards and a road show that has led the EVO37 to be discovered and appreciated worldwide.
This “world tour” will ends at home this week, from November 18 to 20, on the occasion of the automotive exhibition Milano AutoClassica, at the Fiera MIlano-Rho complex. To celebrate this event, Kimera Automobili will display on the stand three EVO37 featuring the colors of the Italian flag.
The cars, traditionally nicknamed with female names, will be the green “Esmeralda”, the white with Martini livery “Penelope” and the red “Victoria”.
The production of the EVO37 is always on going at Kimera Automobili. In 2022 six cars have been delivered to the first international collectors who ordered the model, while in 2023 the goal is to make twelve cars per year, until the limited series of 37 units runs out.
Within this exclusive series of 37 unique pieces, only 3 cars are still available, with 34 of them already assigned to lucky owners from all over the world: Holland, Switzerland, Belgium, Japan, United States, Costa Rica, England, Monte Carlo, France, Spain, Germany, Ukraine, Puerto Rico, Korea and of course Italy. These are the nationalities of the wealthy owners of EVO37.
Kimera EVO37 draws its origins from the past, to revive an icon of world motoring, bringing it to the peak performance development, as if the car of the time had been conceived today, with the knowledge and technologies of our days. The result of this chrono-cultural fusion is an authentic road “custom” with over 500 HP and 550 Nm of torque, from a 2-liter four-cylinder in-line engine with double turbocharging/volumetric compressor, made with excellent methodologies typical of the automotive industry and the best that is offered by modern technology in the engine field: 3D scanning, reverse engineering, CAD, CAE, rapid prototyping, CNC milling, sintering, electronics and the ultimate technological solutions available.
Kimera EVO37 is the Authentic Evolution of the original model. For this reason, Kimera Automobili involved in the EVO37 project, in a single team, the best automotive specialists and suppliers from Turin: Bonetto CV, Italtecnica, LAM Stile, Bellasi, Gma Group, EGS Lobart, JM, AM, CiElle Tronics, Medici, and Speed Engineering. To which are added the names of other Italian (and non-Italian) excellences, such as Pirelli, Sparco, Alcantara Goodwool, Pakelo, Andreani – Öhlins, Brembo and Sprint Filter.
Kimera EVO37 is a car that, inspired by the philosophy of Restomod, takes this concept to the extreme by combining style, flavor and charm of one of the most legendary “racing Queens” of the 80s, with the characteristics of a modern car in terms of technology, quality and performance.
To pay tribute to those legendary cars of the 80s protagonists of the World Rally Championships, including
the last Group B with 2 Wheel Drive to win the world title, beating all-wheel drive rivals. A true myth that became a benchmark and a cult model for motoring enthusiasts.
Kimera EVO37 represents the ideal meeting point between the rally car and the road car, where tradition, re- enactment and celebration of the past meet the technological avant-garde with a modern and contemporary design. Conceived with taste and passion, it is made thanks to inspiration and ability typically “Made in Italy”. It was designed and commissioned by Luca Betti, CEO and rally driver with a prestigious international palmares. Betti personally is taking care of the development of the car, together with the World Champion Miki Biasion, who has been collaborating since the beginning of the project.
